The information provided to szymonzurn.com will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any outside organization without prior consent of the customer unless required by law or if the terms and conditions stated on this page are violated. We may also use your contact information to contact you about new products, events or special promotions.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All shipping services used by szymonzurn.com provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. Orders are shipped by Fedex, except orders to Sweden which will be sent by Posten (Swedish postal service).
All international orders are shipped via FedEx. Estimated delivery times are 1-6 business days within Sweden and Europe, and 3-10 business days for the rest of the world. *Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

FedEx orders are fully insured by FedEx. FedEx do not deliver to post-office boxes. A physical street address and signature upon delivery are required. When your order leaves us you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on.

Delivery methods to Sweden
All Swedish orders are sent by Posten and are insured. Notification is sent via e-mail. Packages can be tracked via www.posten.com with the help of the notification number sent to you via e-mail once the package has left our house. Valid identification shall be shown when collecting the package. The package can be collected from your local postal service point.

You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted. We cannot change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed. And we do not deliver to PO BOX for security reasons.

Track your order
If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods you have the right to cancel the order. If the payment has been made in advance, your money will be refunded within 30 days. In the event of late deliveries a new delivery date will be offered. If this is not suitable then you have the right to cancel the order.

Wrong address, non received items and returns
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package. Uncollected packages and shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be payed by Szymon Zürn.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the package delivery date. The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at szymonzurn.com offices.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by us prior to the return; you will need to contact us prior to proceeding with a return. You will be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

You must also return the original invoice. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your/customer responsibility. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. The refund will be made through the payment method you used for the order in question. Please note, that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by us.

International
We do not accept returns from outside the European Union.

How do I return an order?
